This 2-storey extension to an older building has the name ‘Eliot Lodge’ on the metal pedestrian gate.

Access.
The dining room is on the ground floor with the lodge room on the first floor.

Directions.

From the west.
On the A38 at Trerulefoot roundabout, take the A374, and soon after turn left and follow signs to St Germans, down Bag Lane to T-junction. Turn right and continue into Church Street through village on B3249. Just after the Methodist Church on the right, on the left is the Village Hall and public toilets. The Masonic Hall is next on the left with its own car park adjoining.

From the east.
On the A38 at Tideford, turn left on B3249. Continue through village on Gallery Lane into Church Street as above.

Alternative route from Plymouth. Take the ferry to Torpoint then on the A374 to Polbathic. Turn right onto the B3249 signposted St Germans and continue past the Railway Station on the left and the Parish Church on the right. At the raised pavement on left, the Hall car park is the first entrance on the right.

Parking.
There is a car park next to the Hall and roadside parking.
