The Almoners' and Charity Stewards' Workshop 2025 took place at Redruth School on Saturday, October 25th. The session was led by W.Bro. Tim Cockings, the Provincial Almoner, and W.Bro. Peter Everest, the Provincial Charity Steward. They were supported by W.Bro. Steve Parkinson, who gave a talk on the role of a Visiting Volunteer, and W.Bro. Ant Wilkins, who discussed Teddies for Loving Care. The session concluded with a ‘Portal’ sign-up opportunity facilitated by the Provincial L&D Officer, W.Bro. Steve Bartrum.
The presentation team would like to thank everyone who attended, as we received a lot of positive feedback throughout the day. For those unable to attend, the presentation notes will be emailed to both attendees and non-attendees next week.
